For me one of the toughest thing to be learned in life has been letting go. Letting go, for example of false beliefs is however a prerequisite for adopting something new, to be able to learn something new and valuable. Many of us have experienced a fresh start - all the excitement and maybe fears attached with the situation. Growing and reaching for the new is not always the easiest path to take, but it is rewarding and worth every struggle.
