Sometimes the darkest moments turn out to be turning points for the better. Unease and displeasure are emotions we should be grateful for - they tell us that we are not there yet and force us to move on. One of my favorite quotations is the one by Australian activist and author Christine Caine: "Sometimes when you are in a dark place, you think you have been buried, but actually you have been planted."
