This painting is not only about the miracles of nature, but in each individual. I painted this in February, when the first signs of spring appear in the shades of light. I was born in late fall but somehow consider this very early spring as my birth month. This time of the year is always a turning point in my year cycle - a moment in life when remarkable things happen.
